Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes up to 7 working days
All shipments are sent via trusted courier services
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
As many of our rugs are one-of-a-kind and carefully handled, dispatch times may vary slightly. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

UK: Free delivery
EU: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
International Orders: Custom shipping rates apply based on destination and rug size

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the UK:
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply
These charges are not included in our prices
The customer is responsible for any fees required by their country
Returns & Peace of Mind

14-Day Return Window
Return requests must be made within 14 days of deliveryRugs must be returned in their original condition, unused and unaltered
As many of our rugs are antique or vintage, we kindly ask that items are handled with care during inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your rug arrives damaged or with an issue:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photographs and a brief description
In these cases, we will arrange a refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned rug
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
