A classic antique Persian Heriz carpet, hand-knotted in northwest Iran circa 1930. This piece features a strong geometric medallion design set against a rich brick-red field, framed by wide ivory spandrels and a distinctive turtle-palmette indigo border.

With a good pile, soft wool quality, and secure ends and selvedges, the carpet remains in very good condition. A well-balanced and decorative example, suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors.
