A distinctive vintage Swedish Kilim rug, handwoven in wool and dating from the mid-20th century.

The rug features a soft and muted green ground decorated with a strong geometric composition in olive green, cream, pale yellow, soft blue and earthy brown. Repeating abstract motifs form a structured border around the open central field, creating a clean and balanced design characteristic of mid-century Scandinavian textiles.

The initials “AR” are woven into one corner of the rug, adding further character and individuality to the piece. Its restrained palette and graphic design make it particularly suitable for both contemporary and traditional interiors.
